How to Reset an Adobe Account Password

Reset forgotten password

  1. Enter your email address and select Continue.

    Note: 

    If you've set up two-step verification in your account, you're prompted to enter a verification code when attempting to update your password. 

  2. Select Reset your password.

  3. Enter the code sent to your email address or phone number.

  4. In the Update your password screen, enter your new password twice to confirm, then select Update password.

    You've successfully updated your password.
